Handcrafted by Tuscan artisans using techniques that have been passed down throughout the generations, VIETRI Lastra Gray stoneware was inspired by the art of cheese making. The dusting of brown at the edges of Lastra pieces are meant to emulate the ash used to preserve artisan cheeses throughout Italy. All products in the VIETRI Lastra Gray collection is microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher safe.
