This beautiful collectible ornament features a regal fox head set against a gilt antique frame. Every Museum Bee has a signature of the artist and stamp dating its creation based on a Kentucky Derby Winner. This ornament celebrates Nyqvist with an "N". The "N" is topped with a crown, a tip of the hat to creator Trace Mayer's favorite artists, Basquiat. Museum Bees, like many lives in the Bluegrass, are on a calendar year that starts and ends with the First Saturday in May! These unique ornaments look great as wall decor, and are especially eye catching when grouped in two or three.
Each Museum Bee ornament was carefully created from Antique Frames, bridging the beauty of 19th Century American Craftsmanship and the Modern world. The first addition to Museum Bees was Napoleon's Bee, which is where the name was derived. Each work of art is original, beautifully designed and easy to use. Hand-made in Louisville, KY.
