Returns and Exchanges

 We hope you will love your selection. If for any reason you wish to send it back, we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of receipt of the package. Items must be in the original packaging, in sellable condition. ALL Returns are Subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. Please take care when ordering. Your restocking fee will be deducted from your total. 

For prompt refunds, please email us before returning any items with the reason why you're returning the items, and please indicate which items you plan to return. If you do not email us beforehand, it may take longer for us to process your returns. Email us at [email protected]

PLEASE NOTE - Import merchandise and select vendors are not returnable. BRANDS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE include Chilewich, ABYSS and HABIDECOR and LE JACQUARD FRANCAIS. 

Special-order merchandise (made-to-order items), ANYTHING ON SALE and DISCONTINUED products, and personalized items are NOT RETURNABLE - so take special care when ordering. 

Certain bedding collections - including Matouk - are SPECIAL ORDER and MAY NOT BE NOT RETURNABLE. Please email us prior to returning your products.

Return the product to: 9821 Clayton Road, St. Louis, MO 63124 (please keep your receipt should you need to track your package). Remember to insure it for full value. We cannot accept liability for return goods lost or damaged in transit. The customer remains responsible for both outgoing and incoming shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders.

Your credit card will be credited for the price of the merchandise and any taxes when we have received and processed your returned item. Please note that credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers’ records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

We trust your package has arrived safely. Please check all items for possible shipping damage. If any damage has been found, retain all original packing materials and cartons. Take photographs of the damaged items. Contact us immediately, we must make a claim to the carrier within 10 work days of receipt.

Shipping and carrier have no legal obligation to honor your claim unless you follow these procedures. If items are to be returned to us please repack merchandise exactly as received.

We are willing to assist you in every possible manner in collecting claims for loss or damage, but this willingness on our part does not make us responsible for collections of claims.

Free Shipping Over $150*

At Sallie Home, we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $150 or more. (Only available for United States customers. Certain exclusions do apply) 

Shipping and Delivery 

When you choose Free Ground Shipping (7 Day), please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Shipping times will vary, depending on whether your item is in-stock or on back order. We are a brick and mortar store, we do not have all our products stocked, but we will get your products to you as soon as possible. 

For Bedding, Table Linens, and Furniture, please note the delivery time may be 2-4 weeks (for the Free Shipping option), as we special order many of these items. If you pay for expedited shipping, we will contact our warehouse and get these products to you ASAP. In the event that there is a delay, we will get in touch with you via Email or Phone as soon as possible. 

In case the item is out-of-stock or back-ordered, we will notify you by e-mail, providing you with an estimated delivery time. Please check your e-mails. 

We ship purchases via FedEx Ground Service, so allow for 3-5 days for delivery, depending on location. 

In order to avoid confusion, please note the following: 

We DO NOT ship on Saturday and Sunday and orders placed after 1pm CST on Friday will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday. 

Some items from Anna Weatherley, J.L. Coquet, Jaune de Chrome, Raynaud, and Varga on our website may appear to be in-stock, however, due to the large quantity of stock these items are kept at a separate location and will take longer to process. Free Shipping offers does not apply to items purchased at a discount or on sale. 

Hawaii, Alaska & International Shipments 

We are pleased to ship internationally and the shipping charges are determined on an individual basis. We do not provide Free Shipping for International Shipments. It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fee that might be charged from delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country's custom policies. 

Express Shipping 

If you need express shipping, please call 1-888-733-3915 to request a rush order. You may also leave a comment during check-out. 

At this time, we will give you an estimated price for One Day Express and Two Day Express and ask if you would still like to proceed. The orders must also be placed before 1pm (EST) for next day shipping.
